Share Your Cape Photos!
Here is a link to some photos Leah took on our trip to Cape Cod, but we know there are many more! Upload any photos you may have from our trip by logging in (or setting up) your Flickr account, going to the link above, and clicking “Join This Group”. This way, we are all able to share without posting all of them to the whole school website. Thank you!
Thank you,
Leah

Cape Cod Bulletin 10/10
October 10
Dear Parents,
We’re down to the wire now. All systems go. Please be sure to send in your funding contribution no later than the 14th, this Friday. I’ll need time to get to the bank.
$115.00 for students for the week. $125.00 for adults for the week. Part-time adults will need to check with me for the costs of the days they will be with us.
Checks may be made out to “MES”.
Also, please be sure your child brings warm clothes and rain gear. At this time of year the weather at the Cape can be gloriously warm and mild but it can also be stormy and chilly. Since we’ll be outside a great deal, we need to be prepared for the possible conditions.
PLEASE REMEMBER TOO THAT WE WILL BE DEPARTING FROM SCHOOL AT 8:45 ON SUNDAY THE 23rd. WE NEED TO LEAVE PROMPTLY SO THAT WE MAKE OUR APPOINTMENT AT PLIMOTH PLANTATION. STUDENTS SHOULD ARRIVE AT SCHOOL BY AROUND 8:30.
Thank you.

In order to facilitate our social climate conversation and as a point of departure, I would ask the following:
Please list two or three “hopes” for your child this year. They may be in the social sphere, academic life, in or out of school. No names, please. I’ll collate the list so that we can examine our collective hopes and discuss.
You may write them below and send them back with your child. I’ll need them by Wednesday morning so that I’ll be able to get them collated before our meeting that evening. Thank you. David
