Minutes – School board meeting 1/16/07
School board meeting 1/16/07 APPROVED
Attending: Lauren Poster – chair, Andy Reichsman – vice chair, Gussie Bartlett, clerk, Francie Marbury, Principal.
The meeting was called to order at 4:05 pm.
We conducted a final review of the 2008 budget.
We went into Executive Session at 4:40pm. Left Executive Session at 4:55pm.
The Board decided to hold an Emergency Budget Meeting on Wednesday, January 17, 2007 to discuss Transportation salaries with Gail MacArthur and Gail Chaine.
We then reviewed the Director’s Report for Town Meeting, to make sure it fully covers our activities and actions for the year. That led to a discussion of a few topics: Early Ed. and a meal program at MES.
We will ask Gail Chaine to e-mail us the school budget as it will appear in the Town Report prior to submitting it for us to review it.
