Hi, I thought I’d introduce myself, I am officially your school’s Administrative Assistant/Bookkeeper. Most of you know me as the gal in the front office. I am also the registar, meaning I keep track of all the students attendance, as well as many other various tasks, such as helping direct traffic when the busses are loading and unloading students.
Another job I do is to put together Friday Notes. I hope you enjoy reading it every week. We depend on it to let families know about the important and fun things that are happening in our school community. My objectives are to keep Friday Notes short and sweet to save paper, but also to make it interesting and easy to read. If you would like to contribute something to Friday Notes the best way to do that is to email me your message in simple text without a lot of formatting (spacing, enter tabs, etc.). It’s always great to have the students and families back, the children all grow so much over the summer. But the start of this school year has seemed particularly nice and smooth. I want to express my gratitude to everyone for their contribution to the overall atmosphere of cooperation and support for each other.  Specifically, I’d like to acknowledge Julianne Mills for offering to volunteer her skills in the front office on a regular basis, and also to Cynthia Bimmler for volunteering to bring back pizza day.
