Pick a DCF book of your choice and choose one of these projects.

Talk to me about your choice before starting!

  • Create a Flyer with Word
Use any feature in Word that you like, but think about your design. Make it easy to read and useful to other students. Give them a good reason read the book!
    Here’s an example
from another student on a different topic.
  • Write a short Blog Entry
In a few words, write your opinion on the book. Include examples and be persuasive. All entries should be composed in Word and submitted to me first!
(We’ll use pseudonyms or post anonymously.)
  • Create a Bookmark
  • Redesign the Cover
  • Create a Comic
  • Create a Slide Show or PPT presentation
  • Create a Poster
You may use word processing tools and computer graphics, but print them out and use poster board for your finished product. Don’t forget to take a photo of it.
  • Get your Favorite Book on Next Year’s List
Do you have a favorite book that was published in 2007? Write a persuasive essay to the DCF committee asking for its inclusion on next year’s list.
