From Kayla Jager, New Director of Operations at Marlboro School

Hello Marlboro Community,

I am honored to be in the role of Director of Operations at Marlboro School. As our community enters a new era, we collectively find ourselves managing uncertainty, heartache, and grappling with a shifting landscape. The conversations I have had with community members makes it clear that despite the serious losses and changes in Marlboro, many are interested  in using the space in new and meaningful ways. I am available to explore and support how we can make this happen. 

At this point, we must first let the dust settle. The building and people who have filled it with life and learning for so many years are processing so much as they sort through items, pack things up, remember the past and move on to the future. Let us all give them a moment to go through this process. In addition to this, the board must approve policy for future use of the building. This process is underway and I will communicate when new information arises. 

In the meantime, please feel free to come forward to me with your thoughts for the future. I will keep track, and when it is appropriate I will contact you about how we can move forward with your ideas.
